Business Development Executive – UK Food Delivery Campaign

About the role

Join FlowDesk BPO’s growing sales team in Karachi and help a leading European food‑delivery platform expand its restaurant network across the United Kingdom. You will work on‑site, aligning your schedule with UK business hours to acquire new restaurant partners.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK restaurant owners and decision‑makers, presenting the platform’s benefits.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from initial contact to signed partnership, ensuring timely follow‑ups.
• Address objections confidently and tailor pitches to each restaurant’s situation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to track progress and avoid missed opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed weekly activity targets and monthly sign‑up goals.
• Collaborate with UK‑based management for coaching and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Fluent, clear spoken English suitable for phone conversations with UK business owners.
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead generation or B2B business development.
• Resilient, target‑driven mindset with the ability to turn “no” into a conversation.
• Strong organisational habits, disciplined pipeline management and timely follow‑ups.
• Available to work 3 pm–11 pm Pakistan time, Monday to Friday.
• Based in Karachi and able to work from the office.
