About the role

Spica Tech is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support its sales and client acquisition efforts. This position offers fresh candidates practical exposure to lead generation, market research, and international client communication.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation and business development activities.
• Research potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with prospective clients via calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Maintain and update client and lead information.
• Support the sales and business development team with basic reports and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• O/A Levels preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Confident, professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace.
