Business Development Intern

About the role

Codeslyst, a technology and digital solutions company incubated at the Business Incubation Centre of NUML Islamabad, is looking for a proactive Business Development Intern. The internship lasts 3 months, is unpaid and takes place onsite at the Business Incubation Centre in H-9, Islamabad. It supports lead generation, client acquisition, market research and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and generate business leads.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Assist with client outreach, follow-ups and relationship management.
• Explore partnership and business opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and reports.
• Use AI tools to streamline research and daily tasks.

Required profile

• University students or graduates with relevant skills or experience.
• Good communication, research and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace and AI tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn.

Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time positions after completion, depending on performance and organizational needs. Applications close on 9 November 2026.
