Business Development Internship

About the role

Techbanq is offering a full-time, on-site Business Development internship in Lahore. Interns support the business development team by identifying potential clients, helping with lead generation and keeping accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The role gives exposure to AI-powered business solutions and practical experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and assist with lead generation activities
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Prepare reports or presentations to support outreach strategies
• Help with initial customer interactions and coordinate meetings or demos
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals

Required profile

• Interest in business development, sales or marketing within the technology or AI domain
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage time effectively and collaborate in a team
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field is preferred

• Analytical skills and interpretation of market data and business metrics
• Effective spoken and written communication
• Lead generation: prospect identification, outreach support and pipeline tracking
• Market research: competitor analysis, industry scanning and customer profiling
• Customer service: professionalism, responsiveness and relationship building
• Proficiency with productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentation software) and familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
