Business Development Manager / Sales Closer

About the role

BSquare Visuals is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager / Sales Closer with a strong background in LinkedIn-based business development, client acquisition and closing deals. The position is full-time and on-site in Gulberg II, Lahore, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Manage LinkedIn outreach, prospecting and client communication
• Handle sales calls, negotiate with prospects and close deals
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Identify potential clients and turn qualified prospects into paying customers
• Maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales-closing experience
• Proven experience closing deals through LinkedIn-generated leads
• Experience working with marketing agencies or selling digital services is a plus

Required skills

• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and client-handling abilities
