About the role
Data Forge is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager who will specialize in bidding on Upwork projects. The role focuses on generating leads, crafting compelling proposals, and converting opportunities into long‑term client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant Upwork projects.
- Write winning proposals and communicate professionally with clients.
- Generate quality leads and convert opportunities into long‑term clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly bidding and sales targets.
Required profile
- 6 months to 1 year of Upwork bidding experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and eager to learn.
