Business Development Operator - Lead Generation & Outbound Outreach

About the role

We are looking for two detail‑driven Business Development Operators to own lead generation and outbound outreach for our performance‑marketing agency clients. You will work on‑site in Faisalabad, collaborating directly with the CEO to build a high‑quality pipeline of agency prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Source 40–70 raw agency leads daily using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Jobs and LinkedIn Search.
• Qualify leads against our ideal customer profile (team size, agency type, geography, ad platforms).
• Research buying signals such as job postings, LinkedIn content, Twitter/X activity and website data.
• Score and tier leads (Tier 1 hot, Tier 2 warm) based on identified signals.
• Write a personalized 1–2 sentence opening line for each Tier 1 lead.
• Load qualified leads into the email sequence tool and verify emails with NeverBounce or ZeroBounce.
• Monitor replies, flag positive responses to the CEO, and keep a clean tracking sheet with status and notes.

Required profile

• Prior experience in SDR, outbound lead generation, cold outreach or sales research.
• Strong written English with the ability to craft compelling opening lines.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience for signal research.
• Comfortable using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, Google Sheets and Slack.
