Business Development Representative – Pakistan Market

About the role

+90Travel&Events is an established Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Turkey with over 15 years of experience in travel and event management, specialising in MICE, corporate events, group travel, luxury FIT arrangements and tailor-made travel. It is looking for a motivated, well-connected and results-driven Business Development Representative to expand its business presence in Pakistan. The role aims to generate new business, strengthen existing relationships and promote Turkey as a preferred destination for leisure groups, corporate travel and MICE events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients and MICE organisers across Pakistan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners.
• Promote the company's destination management services and travel solutions in Turkey.
• Generate qualified leads and turn business opportunities into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with the Turkey-based team on proposals, quotations and client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in Pakistan's outbound travel market.
• Represent the company in business meetings, networking activities and travel industry events when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism sales, business development or B2B travel services.
• Established professional network within Pakistan's travel and tourism industry.
• Previous experience in outbound tourism, especially Turkey, is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and Urdu.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MICE, corporate travel, leisure groups and FIT travel segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
