Business Development Representative - Staff Augmentation (Lahore)

About the role

Keystone Medics provides customized medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for healthcare practices, handling billing, compliance and collections so providers can focus on patient care. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative in Lahore with about 2 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities among healthcare providers who could benefit from its billing and RCM services.

Key responsibilities

• Inside sales: manage outbound and inbound leads, run discovery calls and present service offerings to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver staff augmentation solutions.
• Track progress in CRM tools and collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies, meet growth targets and support long-term client partnerships.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare, medical billing or RCM services is highly beneficial.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets over at least 2 years in a similar role.
• Ability to work with operations and staffing teams to deliver tailored staff augmentation solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or a related field is preferred.

Required skills
