Business Development Specialist – BIM Services

About the role

Archnetix is seeking a Business Development Specialist to expand its presence in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) market. The role focuses on generating new opportunities for the company’s BIM services and building lasting relationships with architects, contractors and clients. You will work closely with technical teams to align proposals with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the AEC industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and end‑clients.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and lead generation activities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and business pitches.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand project specifications.
• Follow up with prospects and keep CRM records up to date.
• Support marketing and branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in the BIM industry.
• Proven track record in business development, sales or lead generation within BIM.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client‑handling skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
