It is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist in Rawalpindi. The role focuses on finding and pursuing new business, generating leads and nurturing client relationships to support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads
• Nurture client relationships and follow up on prospects
• Conduct market research and analyse trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and coordinate meetings
• Contribute to improving business development processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Relevant experience in business development, consulting or a related field, preferably in creative or professional services
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
