Business Director

About the role

We are seeking a Business Director to shape and execute the overall business strategy for IO Digital and its affiliated companies. The role will drive growth, oversee cross‑company initiatives, and ensure alignment with the group’s vision, mission and values.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy, identifying new market opportunities and emerging trends locally and internationally.
• Lead business development and revenue generation activities, building a robust pipeline and exploring cross‑selling, partnership and client synergy opportunities.
• Support diversification through new product or service launches and market expansion initiatives.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships, collaborating with leadership teams to enhance customer experience and retention.
• Ensure operational excellence in delivery, timelines, launches and strategic projects.
• Provide guidance, mentorship and performance oversight to senior management, fostering a high‑performance, collaborative culture.
• Champion talent development, succession planning and leadership growth across the group.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in strategic business leadership and growth management.
• Strong track record of identifying market opportunities and driving revenue across multiple business units.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing teams and cultivate an innovative culture.
