About the role
The Business Director will shape and execute IO Digital’s overall business strategy, ensuring alignment across all subsidiaries. This senior leader will identify new market opportunities, drive growth, and champion the group’s vision, mission, and values.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall business strategy for IO Digital, ensuring cross‑company alignment.
- Identify emerging market trends and new opportunities to expand the group locally and internationally.
- Oversee business development, revenue generation, and pipeline growth initiatives.
- Drive cross‑selling, partnership creation, and client synergy across companies.
- Support diversification through new product/service launches and market expansion.
- Build and maintain client relationships, enhancing customer experience and retention.
- Ensure operational excellence in delivery, timelines, and strategic initiatives.
- Provide mentorship and performance oversight to senior management teams.
- Cultivate a high‑performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
