Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking motivated and confident individuals to join our sales team in Lahore. This full‑time, field‑based position involves direct interaction with leads at salons, aesthetic clinics, parlours, and barbershops.

Key responsibilities

• Visit salons, aesthetic clinics, parlours, and barbershops to conduct detailed product demonstrations for assigned leads.
• Answer client questions and address concerns during product demonstrations.
• Understand prospects’ requirements and present Blusha’s relevant features and benefits.
• Follow up with leads and work toward converting demonstrations into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, follow‑ups, and sales.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development and onboarding teams throughout the sales process.
• Meet defined sales KPIs and targets consistently.

Required profile

• Lahore‑based candidates only.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in interacting with leads and conducting in‑person product demonstrations.
• Results‑oriented approach and willingness to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Relevant majors include BBA, Business Administration, Marketing, Management Sciences, Commerce, Economics, Accounting & Finance, or other business‑related programs.
