Business Growth Associate (Lead Generation) - Fresh Graduates Welcome

About the role

NSOL BPO, a business process outsourcing company serving international markets, is hiring a Business Development Associate (lead generation) to work onsite in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. The role suits fresh graduates with strong communication skills who want to build a long-term career in business development and international client acquisition. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time).

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.
• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, social media and other prospecting platforms.
• Reach out to prospects by email and LinkedIn and support email marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
• Maintain prospect lists and record outreach, responses, leads and follow-ups accurately.
• Follow up with potential clients and coordinate with prospects, internal teams and management.
• Learn and use new business development tools and strategies, and work toward assigned targets.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Good spoken and written English, strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly, with attention to detail and consistency in follow-up.
• Confident, organized, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, email communication, social media and online research.
• Familiarity with Apollo, CRM systems, email marketing or lead-generation tools is a plus but not mandatory.
