Business Proposal Writer - Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for a Business Proposal Writer to support US government contracting and business development initiatives. The role is based in Karachi and operates on a night‑shift schedule, requiring strong written English and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and track US government contracting opportunities through portals such as SAM.gov.
• Research and analyse solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, SOWs, PWS, grants).
• Develop compliant, persuasive proposals from opportunity identification through submission.
• Coordinate with technical and pricing teams to gather required information.
• Ensure proposal formatting, branding, and compliance with FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Maintain submission calendars and monitor active opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience preparing successful proposals for US government contracts.
• Strong understanding of federal, state and local procurement processes.
• Hands‑on experience using SAM.gov and other government bidding portals.
• Excellent research, analytical and organisational abilities.
• Outstanding written English and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a night‑shift environment.
