Café Attendant – Customer Service & Coffee Specialist

About the role

Cafe Mozart is seeking a young and energetic Café Attendant who will act as the front‑line ambassador for the café. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, preparing high‑quality coffee and beverages, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices throughout the shift.
• Handle cashier duties, including taking orders, processing payments, and issuing receipts.
• Stock and replenish café supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Keep the café area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support overall café operations.
• Follow health, safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in training sessions to develop café service skills.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a café or similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a soft‑spoken, positive approach.
• Ability to work independently without managing a team.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
