Call Agent (Self-Verifier / Closer) - US Home Improvement Campaign

About the role

Trakcia is hiring confident, motivated and target-oriented Self-Verifiers / Closers for a US Home Improvement Campaign based in Islamabad. The position is full-time on a night shift (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM) and offers immediate joining. Candidates with previous experience in any US-based campaign are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Contact US customers and leads and understand their requirements
• Present the offer professionally and qualify customers
• Handle objections and convert qualified opportunities into sales or appointments

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Confident, persuasive and professional personality; able to build rapport over the phone
• Previous experience in a US campaign is preferred, regardless of campaign type
• Experience in call centers, telesales, verification, lead generation or closing is an advantage
• Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally
• Target-oriented, motivated by performance-based incentives and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willingness to work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM
• Fresh candidates with strong English and sales potential may also apply
