Call Campaign Associate (Remote)

About the role

This is a fully remote Call Campaign Associate position working from home, paid a monthly base salary of PKR 60,950 to 146,280 plus bonus opportunities. You start conversations with a clear introduction, explain why you are calling and listen before asking your next question. Daily work is guided by assigned campaign call lists and callback requests, and a sales team lead reviews your approach and gives guidance. The goal is to connect interested people with the right sales contact and provide clear notes.

Key responsibilities

• Review assigned campaign lists and plan the order of calls before starting conversations.
• Open lead details in a CRM such as HubSpot and call leads through a business phone system such as Aircall.
• Introduce yourself, explain the reason for calling and use approved notes to describe the offer without promising results.
• Ask short questions about needs and interest, then check whether each lead wants to speak with the sales team.
• Politely handle declines or requests for more time, note the reason and any welcome callback request.
• Pass interested leads to the sales team with a short summary of needs, questions and agreed next steps.
• Arrange requested calls using a scheduling tool such as Google Calendar and record every call result, comment and next step.
• Mark wrong numbers, duplicates and requests for no further calls, and return requested calls with daily call counts and interested leads.
• Follow quality standards: accurate notes, polite conversations, correct transfers to the sales team and steady daily call activity.

Required profile

• Professional spoken and written English, as calls are generally with leads in the United States.
• No experience required; phone, customer contact or campaign calling experience is preferred.
• Willingness to follow a call outline, learn the offer and use only approved explanations.
• Comfort learning the shared tools for reviewing leads, placing calls and arranging conversations.
• Ability to write clear call notes separating needs, response and next action.
• A patient approach to repeated calls and people who do not want to talk further.
• A quiet place to take calls and willingness to use coaching feedback to improve.
