Telemarketing Assistant (Remote)

About the role

This is a fully remote telemarketing assistant position working from home, handling outbound calls to leads in the United States. You open conversations politely, explain offers simply and close sales by phone when leads are ready, without pressure or promises of results. A sales team lead gives call guidance, reviews your progress and helps you improve. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Open assigned call lists in a CRM such as HubSpot and plan your calling order.
• Make outbound calls using a business phone system such as Dialpad, introducing yourself and explaining the purpose of the call.
• Ask brief questions about each lead's needs and interests, then present approved offer details and answer questions calmly.
• Handle objections without pressure, close the sale or secure the order by phone, and confirm next steps.
• Follow up with interested leads, respect refusals, and pass complex questions to the sales team with a clear summary.
• Schedule further discussions using a tool such as Calendly and record call outcomes, comments and next actions.
• Share daily call counts and interested leads with the team, and use coaching feedback to improve.

Required profile

• Professional spoken and written English, as calls are generally with leads in the United States.
• No experience required; phone sales, telemarketing or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Willingness to follow an approved call outline and to learn the shared lead systems, phone tools and booking tools.
• A quiet place for calls, patience with declining leads, and a computer, mobile phone, stable internet and reliable electricity.
