About the role
Join a BPO serving US clients as a Call Center Agent. The position is open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US clients.
- Negotiate and close sales, earning commission for each approved sale.
Required profile
- Very good English speaking skills with a neutral accent.
- Diligent and confident personality.
- Strong negotiation abilities.
What we offer
- Salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to PKR 65,000, depending on experience and performance.
- Fuel allowance provided by the company.
- Extra bonuses for high performance.
- PKR 500 commission for every approved sale.
- Transportation will hopefully be provided to female employees.
