Customer Success Specialist

About the role

Join ibex. Pakistan as a Customer Success Specialist for the Voice Program, supporting U.S.-based clients' customers via phone. You will handle queries, provide accurate resolutions, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with performance objectives and client core values.
• Communicate courteously, attentively, and with a friendly, caring demeanor.
• Offer alternative solutions when products are unavailable on the e‑commerce platform.
• Follow standard processes and stay updated on system information and procedural changes.

Required profile

• Minimum O Levels/Matric or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English with an American or neutral accent.
• At least 18 years old with a valid CNIC.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
