Call Center Sales Agent – Onsite in Karachi

About the role

Madtech Digital is seeking a full‑time Call Center Agent focused on sales. Based in the Karachi South District, you will engage both inbound and outbound prospects to promote the company’s web development, custom software, gateway integration, and digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to introduce Madtech Digital’s service portfolio.
• Identify client needs, explain solutions, and close sales or schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM and follow up on leads.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to script improvement and customer insight sharing.
• Support ongoing customer satisfaction initiatives and collaborate with colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on high satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and relevant local languages.
• Goal‑oriented mindset capable of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for on‑site work in Karachi.
• Minimum high school diploma; business or marketing education is a plus.
