Call Center Sales Representative – USA Energy Campaign

About the role

We are looking for motivated, confident, and target‑oriented Call Center Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Lahore and work on our USA Energy Campaign. The role involves making outbound calls to US customers and promoting energy‑related products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers in the USA.
• Clearly explain energy‑related products and services to potential customers.
• Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of available solutions.
• Build rapport with customers and handle questions or objections professionally.
• Convert qualified prospects into successful sales.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow campaign procedures.
• Deliver a professional customer experience on every call.

Required profile

• Previous USA Energy Sales / Call Center Sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Confident and professional communication style.
• Target‑oriented with a strong desire to earn and succeed.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
