About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real‑estate portal, is seeking a motivated Call Center Specialist to join its sales team. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through property options and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and match them with relevant property units.
• Provide detailed briefings, demonstrations, and arrange site visits.
• Follow up with clients to address evolving needs and close deals in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
• Passion for sales and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
