About the role
HR Navigator is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Cash Collection Officer to manage cash collections from riders, keep accurate financial records and ensure timely settlements and reconciliation of rider accounts. The position is office-based in Bahria Town, Lahore, with working hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Collect cash from riders and ensure timely cash settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of cash collections and rider wallet balances.
- Follow up with riders to clear outstanding balances.
- Update the system and reconcile rider accounts regularly.
- Prepare daily cash collection reports and track pending balances.
- Coordinate with riders to resolve cash discrepancies and settlement issues.
- Ensure riders remain available and active to accept orders whenever required.
Required profile
- Candidates from the city who currently reside in Lahore are preferred.
- Responsible and detail-oriented; the role is not a field job.
What we offer
- Monthly salary of PKR 50,000.
