Cashier

About the role

The Cashier position at Lahore Fashions is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Faisalabad. You will be responsible for processing customer payments, issuing receipts and keeping accurate records of all cash, card and other payment methods.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system for all customer transactions.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with payment queries, returns and exchanges.
• Collaborate with sales and accounts teams to support smooth store operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Provide courteous and efficient service to every customer.

Required profile

• Strong numeracy and basic accounting skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications such as MS Excel and inventory/billing software.
• Effective communication and customer‑service abilities.
• High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial transactions.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, including possible evening or weekend shifts.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic education sufficient for numerical and communication tasks; higher education in business or commerce is a plus.
• Previous experience in a cashier, retail or front‑desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
