About the role

The Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA) seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization in delivering robust healthcare regulatory oversight. Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and overall administrative control of IHRA.
• Ensure effective implementation of healthcare regulatory policies and standards.
• Oversee operational, financial, and human‑resource management.
• Represent IHRA in official meetings, stakeholder engagements, and public forums.
• Advise the Board on policy and regulatory matters and ensure compliance with relevant healthcare legislation.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in administration, governance, or senior management.
• Proven leadership experience at executive level.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and public‑sector operations.
