Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About the role

Anam Fabrics Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer and exporter of socks and hosiery products based in Karachi, is looking for an experienced, commercially driven and results-oriented CEO to lead its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, extensive manufacturing experience, financial acumen and a proven record of improving efficiency, profitability and business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company's overall business strategy, operations and long-term growth.
• Oversee manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, quality control and logistics.
• Drive operational excellence, productivity improvements and cost optimization across the factory.
• Manage financial performance, budgets, profitability and working capital.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand export markets and strengthen customer relationships.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment, high-quality standards and compliance with customer requirements.
• Establish performance metrics and accountability across all departments.
• Lead, mentor and develop the senior management team.
• Drive process improvements, automation and ERP-driven operational efficiency.
• Build a performance-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant professional experience, including substantial senior leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations and P&L responsibility.
• Experience in the textile, hosiery, apparel or related export-oriented manufacturing industry strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, reduce costs and increase profitability.

• Commercial, financial, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, operational KPIs and process automation.
