About the role
KAF Human Excellence & Co., an executive search firm, is recruiting on behalf of its client for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead business operations, strategic growth and organisational performance. The position is based in Lahore.
Required profile
- Extensive senior leadership experience in process-driven manufacturing, preferably in paints & coatings, FMCG, food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, plastics & polymers, adhesives, resins, construction materials or allied industrial sectors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory); a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Experience driving business growth, organisational transformation and sustainable performance.
Required skills
- Manufacturing operations, production planning, quality assurance, HSE and supply chain management.
- Financial management, business development, strategic planning and project management.
- Technology modernisation, operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
