Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

The company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function and support rapid manufacturing growth. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will shape financial strategy, ensure robust controls and drive cost‑efficiency across the operation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies that enable manufacturing expansion and operational excellence.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost‑optimization across all production activities.
• Monitor production costs, inventory controls, working‑capital management and profitability analysis.
• Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, credit facilities and cash‑flow planning.
• Handle insurance portfolios, including asset coverage, policy administration, renewals and claims.
• Ensure effective control over accounts, taxation, audits, treasury functions and regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior management for strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with production, supply‑chain, procurement and commercial teams to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Establish strong internal controls, risk‑management frameworks and financial processes.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to achieve organizational objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing finance teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of financial controls, risk management and regulatory requirements.
