Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will be based on‑site in Faisalabad and will lead all financial functions for a fast‑growing construction and development business. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and capital planning for construction projects.
• Manage the full financial reporting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal control frameworks.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions, investment analysis and funding activities.
• Provide financial insights to improve project profitability, mitigate risk and support long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in finance with proven corporate or project‑based financial management experience.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA or a master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Prior senior finance leadership experience, preferably in construction, real estate or infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ethical conduct.
