Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Supporting UAE Group Companies

About the role

The group, operating in mobile phones, electronics trading, logistics and warehousing across the UAE, seeks a senior finance leader based in Islamabad to provide group‑level financial control and strategic guidance. Reporting to the Group CEO and Board, the CFO will oversee all accounting, taxation, banking and reporting functions for the multiple UAE entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for all group companies.
• Produce profit and loss, balance sheet and cash‑flow reports, and deliver management reports to the CEO and directors.
• Analyse gross profit, overheads, stock movements and business performance, explaining variances against budgets.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly cash‑flow forecasts, monitor bank balances, working‑capital needs and inter‑company transfers.
• Oversee banking relationships, KYC compliance, loan facilities and foreign‑exchange transactions.
• Ensure timely UAE VAT registration, return filing, corporate tax compliance and adherence to audit and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise accounting teams, enforce internal controls and improve financial systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive managing multi‑entity groups.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax, banking regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Hands‑on approach with ability to investigate discrepancies, control cash and stock movements.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to present financial information to senior leadership.
