Chief Financial Officer

About the role

Takmeel Square (Private) Limited, a fast‑growing real‑estate development and construction company in Pakistan, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to shape and execute its financial strategy across large‑scale residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a financial strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance reporting.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, banking relationships and capital allocation.
• Structure project financing and negotiate with banks, investors and financial institutions.
• Oversee financial modeling, feasibility studies and investment analysis for real‑estate developments.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, statutory requirements and corporate‑governance standards.
• Lead audits, internal controls and enterprise risk‑management initiatives.
• Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Drive profitability, cost optimisation and operational efficiency across business units.
• Build, mentor and lead a high‑performing finance and accounting team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or CMA (highly preferred); MBA (Finance) an advantage.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 8 years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Proven experience in real‑estate development, construction or infrastructure projects.
• Track record in project finance, corporate finance, treasury management and investment analysis.
