Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Lead Pakistan Operations

About the role

Active8 Wireless is looking for a results‑driven Chief Operating Officer to lead and strengthen its Pakistan operations that support a large retail network across the United States. The COO will be responsible for day‑to‑day execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead company‑wide operations and service delivery across all departments.
• Translate business objectives into departmental goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure managers and teams meet deadlines, KPIs, SLAs, and service standards.
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and timely execution.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues, driving sustainable solutions.
• Manage a large, multi‑functional workforce through department heads and supervisors.
• Develop and coach managers, support succession planning, and address talent gaps.
• Establish and track performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and ensure training programs are in place.
• Review and improve processes, SOPs, and operational controls; drive automation initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Finance, HR, IT, Analytics, and shared services to meet US retail requirements.
