Civil Engineering Project Manager

About the role

Stylo (Private) Limited is hiring a Civil Engineering Project Manager (titled Civil Execution Specialist) for its head office in Lahore. The specialist oversees the full lifecycle of construction projects, keeping them on schedule, within budget and to quality and safety standards. The role manages a team of five people, coordinates site activities and acts as the main link between contractors, vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities so that work follows approved drawings, specifications and company standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal project teams to align schedules and project goals.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgeting documents for assigned projects.
• Review technical documents and project plans for completeness, accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control and safety practices.
• Manage and lead a team of five personnel, giving guidance, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Resolve routine on-site engineering issues promptly and maintain detailed documentation and reports on project progress and site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safety culture on site.
• Monitor timelines and deliverables, identify delays or risks and take corrective action.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders and support continuous improvement of project processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction, site supervision and project execution.
