Civil Foreman

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead the construction and finishing of a 1,500 sq ft house in Rawalpindi. The role involves supervising all on‑site activities, coordinating trades, and ensuring high‑quality workmanship throughout the project.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise house construction and finishing work.
• Coordinate installation of tiles, doors, and windows.
• Oversee plumbing and electrical installations.
• Manage and monitor painting activities.
• Supervise façade and stone work.
• Ensure all finishing work meets required quality standards.
• Coordinate workers to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Inspect completed work and identify any finishing defects.
• Guarantee that work complies with project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in building finishing.
• Strong practical knowledge of tile work, doors and windows, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and façade/stone work.
• Proven ability to supervise workers and manage construction activities.
• Good understanding of house construction and finishing processes.
