About the role

Rehman Construction & Interiors Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor specialized in interior renovation to lead multiple renovation sites in Lahore. The role involves hands‑on supervision, ensuring projects meet specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all interior renovation sites, guaranteeing compliance with design plans, quality requirements, and safety protocols.
• Manage a team of 20 personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor daily site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure timelines and milestones are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues and implement design modifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of interior construction best practices and apply industry‑leading techniques.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate updates to project management and stakeholders.
• Allocate resources, equipment, and tools efficiently across all job sites.
• Identify risks or bottlenecks and implement mitigation measures.
• Enforce strict health and safety compliance on all sites.
• Support procurement by providing technical input on material and equipment selection.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising interior renovation projects.
• Ability to lead and train a team of around 20 workers.
• Strong coordination skills with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Excellent knowledge of interior finishing techniques and construction standards.
• Capability to prepare progress reports and manage resources effectively.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations.
