About the role
Join the Architecture & Design team to prepare architectural plans and designs, assist in essential presentations, and help develop and finalize building plans. You will coordinate with the Structure, MEP, and Visualization teams.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all plans comply with governmental bylaws, authority regulations, and local and international best practices and standards.
- Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials.
- Produce concept boards of images for feedback and approval that capture the intended look, branding, positioning, color, finish materials, and lighting.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
- PEC registration and 1‑2 years of experience, preferably in designing multi‑story commercial and residential projects.
