Claims Auditing SME & AI Evaluation Specialist (On-Call, Remote)

About the role

Volga Partners is seeking experienced claims auditing professionals to support AI initiatives that develop and evaluate financial and insurance reasoning models. This on‑call, remote contract offers flexible hours and project‑based compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and review finance‑related prompts, scenarios, and analytical tasks for AI models.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for accuracy, reasoning quality, and business relevance, providing structured feedback.
• Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and improvement areas in financial analyses and recommendations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables and meet productivity goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Law, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in claims auditing, insurance, compliance, legal, or risk disciplines.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with excellent written English communication.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Subject‑matter expertise in claims auditing, medical claims review, workers’ compensation, property & casualty, fraud detection, or related areas.
• Experience reviewing technical content, research, or analytical reports.
