Client Content Manager

About the role

HG Marketing is looking for a Client Content Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end workflow of podcast content for its clients. You will coordinate with video editors, content creators and clients to ensure every deliverable meets quality standards and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and maintain content calendars for client podcasts.
• Manage the workflow from raw file submission through editing, review, revisions and final delivery.
• Coordinate with video editors and content creators to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
• Conduct content quality assurance checks and handle revisions as needed.
• Schedule and publish podcast episodes and related social media content.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.

• Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solver with clear written and verbal communication.
• Team‑player who works well with editors and content creators.

Required skills

• Proficiency with content planning and management tools.
• Experience using social media scheduling and publishing platforms.
• Ability to work with analytics and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Notion (a plus).
