Client Coordinator - Healthcare

About the role

A healthcare team in DHA Phase 5, Lahore is looking for a confident, well-groomed and professional Client Coordinator. The role involves communicating with clients, explaining healthcare procedures, managing inquiries and turning potential clients into confirmed appointments. It is a full-time, onsite position from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with potential and existing clients by phone and follow-up.
• Explain healthcare procedures and services clearly to clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and give relevant information.
• Coordinate appointments and guide clients through the process.
• Build positive client relationships and maintain professional communication.
• Follow up with prospective clients and support sales conversions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or client coordination is preferred; fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Professional appearance and well-groomed personality.
• Confidence in client interaction and handling inquiries.
