Client Development Representative

About the role

Propstar Technologies is looking for a motivated Client Development Representative to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting strategic prospecting and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients using online platforms and prospecting tools.
• Generate and qualify leads based on predefined business criteria.
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients through calls.
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handovers.
• Monitor lead generation performance and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
