About the role
The Client Facing Executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role involves building strong relationships, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
- Facilitate client meetings to understand needs and communicate them effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver customized solutions.
- Provide timely updates on project status and progress.
- Handle complaints, identify solutions, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Gather client feedback and share insights for service improvement.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Less than 1 year of client‑facing or customer service experience (advantageous but not required).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
