Client & Investor Hunting Specialist

About the role

Refine Success (Pvt. Ltd.) is a Lahore‑based financial services firm offering capital, advisory and technology‑enabled solutions across Pakistan. The company is looking for a Client & Investor Hunting Specialist to grow its client and investor network, identify qualified opportunities and build lasting relationships with individuals, SMEs and institutional stakeholders. The role is fully remote and ideal for a proactive business‑development professional with a solid understanding of financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients, investors, SMEs and corporate decision‑makers through structured market outreach.
• Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline for advisory, investment, corporate finance, liquidity and related financial solutions.
• Conduct needs‑based discussions, explain relevant offerings and coordinate next steps with internal finance and advisory teams.
• Prepare prospect updates, activity reports and opportunity summaries.

Required profile

• Proven ability to prospect, qualify and convert clients or investors in financial services, investment advisory, banking or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of client discovery, investor engagement, lead generation, pipeline management and consultative selling.
• Clear written and verbal communication, persuasive presentation skills and professional relationship‑building ability.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, organized and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• High ethical standards, confidentiality and attention to accuracy when handling client or investor information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Strong online research capabilities.
• Ability to generate reports and manage data.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms.
