About the role
Whizz is seeking a Collections Specialist to join its remote team, helping to secure timely payments and maintain high customer satisfaction while supporting the company’s growth in e‑mobility solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and track overdue accounts, following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of delinquent accounts, including payment arrangements and communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service while pursuing collections.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes efficiently.
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of collections experience.
- Fluent in English (C1) and Hindi or Punjabi.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- High‑speed internet, personal computer and headset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
