Field Accounts Supervisor – FMCG Experience Required

About the role

The Field Accounts Supervisor will verify sales transactions, distributor accounts, and payment collections across assigned field locations. The role requires regular travel to distributors and retail outlets and close coordination with sales and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Visit distributors, retailers, and field sites to inspect and verify account records, invoices, receipts, and cash collections.
• Cross‑check daily sales and collection reports against on‑site data to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding payments, resolve discrepancies, and support recovery of overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams, distributors, and the internal accounts department to streamline collections and reconciliation.
• Prepare daily and weekly verification reports summarising audit results and field findings.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Comfortable working in dynamic field environments with regular travel.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting software for financial documentation.
