Client Operations Executive B2B - Day Shift

About the role

A Client Operations Executive is needed to manage daily client operational requests, handle inbound sales and drive job conversion. The role is fast-paced and performance-driven, with on-site work in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad, during day shifts (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, or 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to daily operational job requests from clients.
• Coordinate job progression with internal teams and contractors.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries, prepare job scopes and close jobs efficiently.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Maintain strong, professional client relationships and monitor job statuses, following up on pending actions and resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure accurate, timely and professional client communication.
• Meet and exceed sales, conversion and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems and support continuous improvement of processes and client experience.
