Client Relationship Executive

About the role

ABS International is seeking a Client Relationship Executive to manage post‑sale communication with its US‑based client base. The role involves handling onboarding queries, completing service documentation, and maintaining accurate interaction records while delivering professional, clear, and patient service.

Key responsibilities

• Follow‑up communication with existing US clients, addressing post‑sale queries.
• Assist clients with onboarding questions and complete required service documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
• Ensure each conversation reflects the company’s professionalism and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a call centre, BPO or international customer service environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English for live US customer interactions.
• Patient, composed, and solution‑oriented attitude.
• High school diploma (university students are also welcome).
