Client Service Representative - Lead Generation

About the role

Propstar Technologies is hiring a Client Service Representative in Karachi to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads and support business growth through prospecting and market research. The role suits someone with strong communication, research and organisational skills who can thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients using online platforms and prospecting tools
• Generate and qualify leads according to predefined business criteria
• Carry out outbound outreach to prospects by phone calls
• Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems regularly
• Work with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth lead handovers
• Monitor lead generation performance and recommend process improvements

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, business development or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research, analytical and organisational abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented, able to manage several priorities and meet targets

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate, BPO, Tele-sales or Outbound Sales
• Knowledge of lead generation techniques and prospecting strategies
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management tools
• Understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition processes

Location: Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, Karachi. Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday, full-time.
